This is my new favorite opal! In most light it flashes gorgeous green and blue with some black body streaks. But please check out the video and the latter few photos for the amazing flash of pink and yellow when viewed under direct bright light--just amazing!

I've wrapped it in 22k gold on a base of 18k. Lush clusters of London Blue Topaz on 14k pins sit below. The 3 x 1 mm 18k band fits a 7 1/2.

This one has to be seen to be believed.
