This is a good Plateau pipe bag and Plateau pipe bags are not common.  The body is a classic Plateau cornhusk bag with long thick hide fringe and a 6" long hide top drawn in with a hide cord. It has short fringe where the cornhusk and hide meet and a band of closely fitting red tube beads just above the fringe. It has several long hide cords hanging down from the upper part with long glass tube beads in the middle of these cords. This is good piece to own.
